Horseradish & Ginger



This aromatic vinegar gets its pungency from our freshly dug horseradish, which is prized for its ability to clear chest and sinus congestion. The warming root of ginger has well known properties as an anti inflammatory that gently dries excess mucous. Together these herbs produce a delicious kick of both heat and flavour in an effective epicurean tonic.

Use as a preventative for hayfever, and as a daily tonic for easy breathing. A flavoursome complement to salads, oysters and sashimi.

  • To relieve respiratory congestion, take 1 tablespoon three times daily.
  • For hayfever, take 1 tablespoon 3 times daily for six weeks, ideally starting before allergy season. 
  • May be taken neat or diluted. Drink cool with sparkling water, or in warm water sweetened with honey.  


  • Complements oysters, seafood, sushi. Use lavishly in salads and dressings. Excellent with beetroot, whether for roasting or grating raw. 
  • Create healthy drinks for all seasons - in cooling alkalising spritzer with sparkling water, in fresh juices, or as a hot toddy with honey and lemon.


  • Raw organic, naturally fermented cold- pressed apple cider vinegar. Contains the mother 
  • Horseradish root (Armoracia rusticana), ginger (Zingiber officinale)
  • Does not contain sugar, artificial sweeteners, colours, flavours, preservatives, gluten, wheat or dairy. GE Free.
